We met our best friend, Whitey on July 19, 2003.
He was 1 ˝ years old. Whitey was rescued from a local shelter by the staff of
NEADS
(Dogs For Deaf and Disabled Americans).
NEADS
is a non-profit organization located in Princeton, Mass.
NEADS trains dogs of all breeds, shapes, and sizes to help people that are deaf or are disabled. Some of the dogs do not meet the health or training standards of NEADS and are placed in homes as pets. They are affectionately called “Fabulous Flunkies”. |
Whitey became our "Fabulous Flunkie" and we were very happy he adopted us !
Shortly after getting Whitey, I took a photography class. Whitey became my main subject and the pictures inspired me to start a small greeting card business. Whitey has many friends and we have expanded to include them. The new designs, as well as the previous line, are all below. A portion of all sales are donated to both NEADS and the local area animal shelter. If you would like to purchase any of the cards, please enter our E-Store from the menu above. Thank you for your interest in Whiteydog Cards. |
